Mini Yankee Candle Summer SAS Haul

When the SAS haul started there was some that I wanted that were sold out before the sale even began.  I was a little sad.  I'm in a group on Facebook for people, like myself, that are addicted to Yankee Candle.  So I posted on there asking if anyone would be willing to pick them up for me.  Luckily a very nice lady said she would.  She only found 3 of the 4 that I wanted, Beautiful Day ended up being restocked so I got it eventually :)  I was so grateful for her generosity!!

Yankee Candle Summer SAS Haul #1

It's that time of year again.  The time for the Yankee Candle SAS!!  I was so excited.  This is my first of many hauls.  I got 9 large jars and one Illumi-lid.  The lid wasn't on sale but I had seen it in the store when I went shopping for my birthday and I had to have it.

Birthday Haul

This year I celebrated my 23rd birthday on Memorial Day.  To celebrate, me, my fiancé, and a friend went shopping.  I went to Yankee Candle (of course) but I didn't get much because I knew their SAS haul was starting soon.  I got this candle necklace.  I had seen a few people had them before and I wanted one but I could never find any.  I really like it.  I hope they come out with more.  As of right now I think that they only have this one available.  I think it makes the candles look pretty, and if you know me, you know that I love anything sparkly!!

What I'm Burning 5/21/14

The time came to start another candle so I went and pulled this one out of my stash.  It's a large jar of Ocean Star by Yankee Candle.

Yankee Candle Haul

So here I am with another Yankee Candle haul.  I know I just recently had one, but then I looked on the website and saw that they had a lot of new scents on there.  Not necessarily new because I think most of them were brought back, but they are new to me since I just recently switched over to Yankee.  So..I got 10, haha.

They were also having a deal at the time if you spent $30 you got an Illum-lid for $5 so I took advantage of that as well.  I have wanted this cat one for a while and I finally got it and I love it!!  I'm a vet tech student so I couldn't resist!

What I'm Burning 4/27/14

I know the dates on this post don't match up but that is because I actually started burning this candle a week ago, I just haven't had a chance to get this up until now.  I always get so excited to start burning a new candle.  I'm the type of person that has to finish an entire candle before I'll start a new one.  Partly because if I only burned a little bit at a time and had half burned jars I would have so many that I wouldn't have anywhere to put them all.  I'm already running out of room the way it is!!  When I went through my collection this is what I came up with this time around.

Sephora & Yankee Candle Haul

Last weekend while I was in Des Moines I also got to go to Sephora.  They were all sold out of the mascara that I wanted so I ended up ordering online.  I had a free shipping code so it worked out.

Before this I had the "They're Real" mascara from Benefit Cosmetics.  I really liked it, but it was time to get a new one.  I'm the type of person that gets a different kind every time I replace my mascara, I like trying out new things.  I haven't used this one much yet, I like it now, but we'll see how it goes!!

Yankee Candle had one of their BOGO coupon codes out, which is the only time that I ever buy them, so I had to take advantage.  I got 6 large jars.

Like always, I love everything.  I stopped buying candles from Bath & Body Works because I just wasn't impressed with them anymore.  There you buy 2 candles for $22 and they don't last long at all.  At Yankee you can get 2 huge candles that last a long time for $27.99 if you buy them during the BOGO.  I think it's a better deal and I will be buying from Yankee from now on.
